Nestled on the busy packed streets of London, sits the Swans Bar within Maison Assouline. A place for art, style and culture. The Swans Bar began its journey in 2014, when Assouline opened Maison Assouline and launched its first hospitality concept. The Dover.
A New York Italian restaurant and bar in Mayfair, this place is hidden away in Dover Street. With its blacked out windows and not so easily spotted name on the door, The Dover is certainly one of my all-time-favourites. Its atmosphere gives the feeling that you're celebrating an occasion, even if you are not. When entering the venue, having walked through the drapped curtains you feel like your walking into an old fashioned movie scene set back in time. The bar and restaurant


Simpsons. In-The-Strand
Founded in 1828, and rebranded into Simpsons 20 years later, this famous restaurant has made its mark in history time and time again hosting the famous from Winston Churchill and Charles Dickens, Simspons is full of stories and memories. With its closure in 2020, Simpsons has now recently reopened, bringing back something that was missed. Simpsons reopening was not about being reinvented, but as Jeremy King said, “Its reopening is about protecting it, to help people feel what
