The rather glamourous

'Lucy Wong' in the heart of London is a place worth finding! The underground, hidden restaurant bar made me feel like I was walking into one of Londons coolest secrets. An Asian inspired, Hong Kong styled high tabled cocktail bar with a low lit stylish lounge area for indulging in an elegant take on Dim Sum and Asian cuisine.

The entrance is a mysterious doorway leading down a metal staircase to an underground dark courtyard, where glowing lights shine through the windows. When you arrive at the bottom of the staircase, you are confronted with two large wooden doors which lead you into the reception desk area. I immediately felt inspired with the elegent creativity and was welcomed to the evening ahead by the friendly staff.

The bar holds a lively character, with Asian inspired decor, beautiful lantern lights, and hanging tapestries.

I highly recommend the well-balanced 'mushroom and truffle Dim Sum' paired with a selection of soya sauces! The 1950's basement bar, provides a warm, intimate and cosy place for a special night out.

The cocktail list is inspiring with its Japanese whiskeys, lychee liquers, lemongrass syrups, and jasmine sodas. Allow yourself to enjoy the evenings trendy ambience and be transported to an era of luxurious style.
